Heard Law, PLLC.Eric K. Anderson has retired from the practice of law effective December 31, 2024. After practicing law with Eric for over twenty years at Anderson & Heard, P.L.L.C., Scott Heard is pleased to announce the opening of Heard Law, PLLC with offices at 2619 St. Johns Avenue, Suite E, Billings, Montana 59102. Scott practices in most areas of commercial and business transactions, real estate, tax, as well as estate planning and administration. Scott received his B.A. from Montana State University in 1983, his J.D. from the University of Montana in 1987 and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in 1988. Scott practiced as a CPA in the tax department of Seely, Mullins & Associates in Glendale, Arizona during 1984 and he served as an attorney-advisor to Judge Meade Whitaker of the United States Tax Court in Washington D.C. from 1987-1989. Scott is married to Jeri and they have three children. In his leisure time, Scott enjoys golf, pickleball and time with his grandchildren.
